## What Nolli Does

Nolli solves the problem of UK shoppers missing return deadlines on online purchases.
When a shopper forwards an order confirmation email to track@nolli.co.uk:

1. Nolli identifies the retailer from the email sender's domain
2. Nolli looks up that retailer's current return window in its own database
3. Nolli calculates the exact return deadline from the order date
4. Nolli sends a WhatsApp confirmation within 10 seconds
5. Nolli sends WhatsApp reminders 10 days and 3 days before the deadline

Nolli never guesses the return window from the email body — it uses a curated
database of UK retailer return policies, updated when those policies change.

## Supported Retailers

Nolli supports 200+ UK retailers that send order confirmation emails, including
ASOS, Amazon, Next, John Lewis, Marks & Spencer (M&S), Currys, Very, H&M, ZARA,
Argos, Boohoo and River Island.

If a retailer is not recognised, Nolli says so within seconds, and that email does
not count against the shopper's monthly limit.

## Return Window Basics

A **return window** is the period during which a retailer will accept a return.
It is not the same for every retailer, and retailers vary their own rules further —
for example between full-price and sale items, or during the holiday season.

Nolli calculates your return deadline by combining your order date with that
specific retailer's policy, handling the nuances between retailers so the deadline
you get is accurate.

Nolli never infers a return window from the wording of an email. Windows come from
a curated database of UK retailer return policies, which is re-checked when a
retailer's policy page changes.

There is no free tier — every plan requires a subscription. All plans include a
35-day free trial; cancel any time before the trial ends and you are not charged.
