Nolli maintains a database of return policies for retailers with a UK online presence. When you forward an order confirmation email, Nolli identifies the retailer, checks their policy and confirms your return deadline. Nolli never guesses the return window from the email itself.
Nolli extracts the retailer name and order date, then deletes the email.
People actually read their WhatsApp messages. UK open rates for WhatsApp are significantly higher than SMS or email, which means you're far less likely to miss the reminder that matters. There's no app to install- if you have WhatsApp, you're set.
You can cancel the trial anytime before it ends. Nolli uses Stripe for billing, so you can cancel instantly from your account or by emailing support@nolli.co.uk. You won't be charged anything if you cancel before the 35-day trial ends.
Nolli supports 200+ retailers and adds new ones every day. Forward the order confirmation email and Nolli will tell you within seconds whether it can track your return deadline. If Nolli can't help, that email won't count towards your monthly limit.
